Platinum order screen bug

When you open up the purchase platinum interface, the game asks the app store to give it localized information. If there is a delay in retrieving that information, then you'll see the <PH> (which is short for placeholder).

We'll change that to instead display a message that the game is waiting to receive pricing information, rather than present a list without prices.

I have purchased platinum numerous times and never had this display issue before. I am on ipad mini in Canada and the bug is now gone - the prices are displaying again as normal. Thanks Sam.
