Skills to Upgrade for Avians?

I am recently creating an extra 1 character for trying Pure Dex. Any recommendations and items to use? Would switch to StrBird since my cousin says its tanking skills are good. But I ned to know which are the best choice of skills to upgarde. Thanks!

well most likely to PvP but will do PvE too.
