Keeps saying server is down for maintenance and update

Ok, so I couple days ago I took a plane to France and am staying there currently on vacation. After a full day, seeing Nice and all, I went on arcane legends to check cs.

However it said server down for update/maintenance , check ww.spacetimestuodios.com for more info.

Well, I thought ok there is prolly an update.

However after logging in yesterday and today it says connecting to server... And server down.

IS this because I'm in France or? I have never had this problem before.
