No skill point at lvl cap!

Whats the point of capping if you dont have skill point at lvl 36,besides all the previous caps have skill point so why not lvl 36?

Theres a lot of things gone wrong at thos cap... They need to fix them all.

The reason no skill point at level 36 is because they gave one at 34 for use of ghost strike. So instead of farming endlessly for cap and one point, you get 2 easy points. =)

still doesn't make sense to me. you get a skill point every other level right? got one at 32. one at 34. why wouldn't you get one at 36?
