Spawning at the end of the dungeon

no clue whats causing it. Ive had it happen about 10 times in the past few weeks, I fiqured it was changed with the raise/freeze respawn patch but last night it happened again.

Usually happens when I enter area, and dont do anything for like 20 seconds.

teleports me to the end where im easily trounched by 8 monsters.

Yeah, this seems to happy to me a lot as well.
