Birds, especially forg birds, are all luck based... So there is no best bird in general. Build does matter, and some counter others as well.

They depend on lucky dodges and (forg bow procs). Those are both randomized.

If im all talk, why would i use a 19 bird pre forg? Lost, Jake taught you and he can obviously state the best birds level 18-20. Forgotten bows just ruined the whole point of having fun at those levels of PvP. Tbh, me and jake were the same skill level and he admit it to me. It just gets me angry when you guys are saying birds that are all using forgs. Any bird that could own a L18 bear pre forg, i would give creds to.
