Little floating hearts?

Sometimes in game I see little hearts floating above people's heads. What the heck is that?

That was a valentines day vanity - Little Love.

If you waved to a player wearing Big Love, you were granted the Little Love vanity, which has the floating hearts animation.

The red hearts are big love vanity and the purple hearts are little love you got for waving at someone with big.love both were limited time vanity during February.
