I think so because the mythic lvl 26 helms can be looted there and for lvl 31 mythic are looted in nordr chests... not sure

i think theyll be like the elite banded chest, both elite banded and pirate chests will probably be capped at lvl30, meaning demonlord and sealord will be equal.
just my personal opinion tho i dont really know what they have planned
Assuming things stay the same as the Kraken expansion (which honestly, isn't necessarily a safe assumption), then these chests will not change names. Just the gear will be capped at 30 like matanofx said.
AL: Rare (Rogue)/Common (Warrior)/Mythic (Sorcerer)
