why cant u gift certain items

I understand why u can't sell certain items in the auction house but it would be nice if u could gift them since we do pay real money for said items we should after that point be able to do what we will.... With them

I would support this, although I wouldn't hold your breath. They won't do this, cause it will cut into their precious profits.
