I just saw a level 11 fox in Balefort that had a halo above its head and had an elite bow of the Phoenix equipped. Is the Halo something special Like a vanity or just part of a helm? Also, how did a level 11 have an elite 76 weapon equipped?

There was a whole angel vanity set along with the 66 gear and the bow must have been a level 10 Orcish Bow of Doom

I knew that there was a low level fire bow that came out a while after I had started playing, but it looked like a bird's mouth when I first looked at the player holding it. I thought the orchish bow looked different than that. I had stopped playing for a while right before Humania came out too.

How would you feel if someone told you that you didn't know a level 10 item when you were level 75?
some l1 items are very rare
It does look different the orcish bow doesn't have the same sparkles as the elite bow, it also is much older than humania; it was released during the sewers.
I would feel ignorant, which in that theoretically situation I would be very ignorant.
I'm just very surprised you could make it to endgame range, and not have seen an item, that is fairly often shown off in townes especially by merch-type characters.
When I was talking about Humania I was referring to the angel set. I almost never go into towns except very briefly to sell items in Balefort.
