Damage bug with skills with dps in their description

Fire aura,dark binding and vermin swarm's damage doesnt increase or decrease whether your damage is high or low.
Fix this pls. :-)

Agree, noticed this also.
I assume in reality u do more dmg when u have higher dps/damage stats but cant see how much more.

I noticed that, but just assumed that was how it was intended to work for the powers that do damage over time.

I understand,but it would completely deplete the use of having high damage if you are a skiller.
