I have bought 100's of locked chests not including the chest I have gotten from adventuring and opened all and nada notin zilch spend 15 plat to open and get things like 30 int. 10 Dec. For a warrior not worth it. No pets when people who opened 2 to 3 chests get the pets....I spend 500 us dollars + each month ----guess I quit spending.what's up with that?

that's what u called gambling. if u are losing then quit opening lock crates or lessen it, simple as that.

You get what you pay for, a CHANCE for awesome items and two epics. Don't expect more.

Vote with your money, make them look at other ways to give you value in game beyond crates. Do this by not buying crates.

Paying $100s for crates means your supporting more crate gambling in game, they will LISTEN and CHANGE to better alternative when people stop buying crates.

No one buy crates. Then they will notice there money made from this game has gone down. AND GUESS WHAT they will do after that? MAke something called higher change locked grand crates of the snow, which cost 100 plats to open. lol.
