Stashing Dragons?

I was checking out the guide about the Dragon and vanity cap rings and saw that it said the dragon vanities can be stashed and shared across accounts so you only have to purchase one set. Does this mean that the dragons can be stashed or do you have to purchase a corresponding dragon for each toon? So if I buy a blue dragon set and a blue dragon for my main, can I stash all three and get the blue ring on all of my alts, or do I have to buy a different blue dragon pet for each alt to go with the stashed helm and armor?

The dragon pet can be stashed and used on multiple characters.

Example, If you own a crafted Green Helm/Armor/Dragon you may stash all three of those items and unstash on different toons to get the Green Dragon Ring


Also it can only be used on characters Level 60+ to get the bonus ring.

To word it more clearly, yes, you can stash now, but you still cannot trade.
