Hp vs Armor

Is it better to maximize Health potential or Armor Potential? For pvp

i think hp but armor also works in pvp but not in pve much..

1000 vs 1100 armor
you wont feel it as much

probably HP - aka increase str

I put all my passives into str dex and now int just because those 3 give additional HP!
