My bad, I mixed Boston's one with Texas one.

As for Texas, apparently some says it's due to a drone strike, others says missile and some says terrorism.

The fertilizer plant was an accident. They were outdated on safety regulations and it mistakenly exploded. The death toll was 5-15 workers and it created a magnitude 2.1 earthquake in the area, assuming that is at the epicenter. Too many conspiracy theorists for me to even consider a terrorist attack. Fertilizer plants deal with chemicals and highly explosive materials all the time, so it isn't too surprising. Too many people hear explosion and jump to "OMG! Our national security must be at stake!"
