Yea from lvl 30-31 it's 26k xp. You'd have to run wt4 with people that DON'T JUST LEAVE about 27 times. I averaged around 920xp per run, that's where the math came in. So I agree with both if youi am not judging and i don't like judging. I tried to say that he must have spent so much time to get to lvl 31, (but i can't do that...)

I recon it takes under 8h to 26-31 if you run wt4 so its not that bad.
