Lvl 61 lilith mage help

I can't seem to get any info on 61 lilith mages
Could some1 tell me a build and the combo.
Also, I want to know the basics of how to fight bird, bears, etc.
But I need stats, skilll build combo first.

6 on every skill except revive, ice storm, and mana shield. 1 on revive & 4 on mana shield. I've played 61 lilith for a while & I see no reason to have ice storm since its a 6m skill & mages must always kite.

For stats, get a L10 or 20 ring. 37 dex for a l10 & 67 dex for a l20 & put rest into int for more skill damage.

For builds, that's personally up to you. I always just used drain ice fire or drain fire against birds & mages for a nuke. Make sure you early shield against birds, unless you know how to late shield & not get nuked by them. For bears is a challenge. All I can say is stay 12m away at all times
