mage in the next lvl cap update

So i was asking you guys what u think about the next lvl cap update in a couple of month or idk.
Sorcs allready got 400+ dps . In the next lvl cap update sorcs will get the next arcane weap. So theire dps goes up to 1 hit fireballs in pvp or what lols. Like warr with his arcane hammer

I dont talk about the cap i talk about what dmg then the sorc gets with arcame weap

I hope they will firstly change some skills, like shield dmg absorb, gale, curse, lifegiver agro, charged cs really should stop bosses windups or reset them like in pvp, nerf aim shot but buff Shadow storm, Fragmentation of nox should increase all dmg by 10% not poison lol.
Or at least mb add 1-2 upgrades for each skills :-)
