Clyde's stun no longer works

I don't know if its just me. But I use to be able to stun mobs with clyde. They would stop and rub their stomachs or something. I have used it repeatedly since the new release and I doesn't seem to work. I have tried it repeatedly on some easy mobs but nothing happens. Also it use to work occasionally on Blood hammer on elite southern seas but now nothing happens. So I think there is something wrong.

Yeah, looks like something happened to Clyde. Bug entered.

I confirmed this bug in pvp and pve. Never skill doesnt stun even after 25 attempts. Hope it gets fixed

But Flap Jack's arcane ability stun was never fixed, what's different about Clyde?

Flapjack's data is correct and operating as intended. Clyde for some reason actually lost part of his abilities as part of releasing the new expansion.

His arcane description says high chance of stun, yet he simply does not stun anymore, ever, and it's been that way since kraken I think. Is that as intended??
