It would be cool if guild members could put unwanted gear into a shared 'locker', that any guild member who is qualified for such gear could take for his/her own. This would be a good benefit to belonging to a guild.

We have discussed a number of different guild improvements, but we haven't had the opportunity to implement them. We have some other great improvements coming to the game instead.
The issue with a shared guild vault is the one of permissions for access, which can lead to stealing, etc. if not done carefully.
