Can anyone help me with build for lvl 15 . No 16 , 18 only 15 .

The thing about you wanting to try such an uncommon level of PvP is that few will have knowledge there. If you want to be a hipster and do your own thing, that's great, but few others will be able to help you on your journey that way.

Actually ur wrong there i found when i experimented with lv15 it was quite good... It is 6 evade 3 focus 1 break 1 avian scream 1 blast 2 root
Use 32 str and 10 plat bear stuff and armsman
It was quite usefull for me
