The ghost town is below balefort, so I think it's Fathom (just how I saw it). Also, the arrow in the picture leads directly to space. I assume the arrow shows directly after Egypt, they planned on a space camapign. My guess is space = AO3 (or shadow cave). They already kind of touched base on space (with extraterrestrial items/bosses), and it was directly after Egypt (AO 1/2), which adds up to me. So I'd say Ghost Town and Space have already been done.

I was kind of thinking the AO3 was space, mainly the weapons
but there is a crypt above balefort
I guess it could be mount fang though.

Or they could have realized Fathom was already basically a ghost town and changed it to sewers (directly below balefort)
