Free Platinum Offers bug

Hello guys.Since im not buying platinum i decided to get some for free W3i offers so i could buy vanity.Here is a problem...some of those offers are still pending ( even tho I did everything it said ..for example install and run app ), and some of them expired for unknown reason.So no chance for buying vanity anymore.Have i done something wrong or ?

W3i has many problems with free platinum and the only thing you could do is e thm but it might not help. Did 5 offers today for a total of almost 30 plat and didn't get any which sucks never had an issue with whatever one they used to use a couple of years ago

Same here bro, w3i does it a lot, then you email then they say they will manual verify, it verifies, but you never get the plat

Yeah sigh w3i support is horrible and they need to change it to help out less fortunate gamers.

For the first time ever their support actually gave me the plat they owed me (44)

i have same problem. i click on an offer and it shows page with temporasry error so i parcticaly have no offers i can do. wrong side of the planet i guess.
