Wake Up Or Corrupt?

This message is personally for all STS devs, A couple weeks ago i was pvping on pvpfeed. I had a baseball game for maybe 2 hours. When i came back, my password was changed, weird part is nobody knows my account information. So I ask STS if they can recover my account that day after the game. Like i said 2 weeks have passed by and still no reply. And a lot of my friends who pvp said that they have been banned for no reason. So my question is STS is busy atm, or they have not realized that people are being banned for no reasons.

Everything happens for a reason.

So don't feed people bs, many have tried before.

If your password was changed then it's 100% you have typed your info at least once, friend or 'hacker', you definitely typed it to someone.

If your friends were banned, then:

A: They were being jerks and deserved it
B: They shared accounts

So yeah.

People don't get banned without reason, STS wouldn't gain anything by doing so.

Submit a ticket to support, or pm. Don't make it worse for yourself by trying to discuss it on forums.
Its the weekend anyhow, not gonna get a dev on now.

An excellent way to help getting your character back is by making a thread containing pure negatives about them.

Well, I guess telling them to wake up is a better poison to pick versus telling them that they're corrupt.

One question for you now: If they're corrupt, do we all have to stage a mutiny against them?

Nah, I'm not.

It's my favorite emoji, sooooo...

I was sarcastic because he's asking for them to help him but at the same time he is calling them lazy or corrupt, depending on the one you consider them to be.

There is a phrase that goes something like this: "Don't bite the hand that feeds you". If you ask for someone's help, be patient. I still haven't got a lot of my support emails answered but they eventually get to them. It's just that they've been busy with AL.

Yes, it does.

I'm assuming he's done that though if he's claiming that he's hacked. Either way, since your suggestion was not mentioned, it was a useful post.

My sarcasm could also be looked at as useful as a hint for him to edit his thread a little before the developers see it and feel less inclined to help him.

Hey pvpfeed.
There is no hacking in this game. The only possible "hacking" would be giving your email and pass to someone, so you can't be hacked. I suggest you press the forgot password. It's on the screen where you type in the email and password. It will then generate a new password, and send an email to you, saying the password. You then use that to log in.

I think that's what Samhayne would say....ofc I don't really know..

Check your email. Passwords can be changed without verification through accessing email.

lol i forgot to mention i tried password recovery but the email is fake.. so i tried to make that email real so then i can get a recovery. Unfortunately, somebody had already created the email. and i rethought what i said... i may have over-reacted a little but i tried to recover my account and it took them almost 4 weeks and they they ended up saying give more info please. i gave them the email, chars name, i was trying to be as specific as i could. Then, it took them another 4 weeks and so i was kinda ticked off :l. I was mainly trying to see if sts was busy? cause i wait almost 2 months. i dare to think they were annoying me because space time studios is too awesome to do that. I was just trying to state that i had to wait a very long time and the devs could work on the email. i was very happy after the post because a day later they told me they had recovered my password. i hope i cause no dissapointment or anger to anyone in this post. @loaden btw i checked maybe 7 times every day

Um, you can type in your email and hit reset password or forgot password. Then bam you get automated password and you change when login. I know cause i forgot password a few times unless they took that option away lol
