Disabling Tracking... possible?

I just made my profile (as my my profile shows) and I'm weirded out by the feature that tracks my every move ie. "lovereigns is editing her profile pic", "lovereigns is looking at who's online", "lovereigns is picking her nose"... uhm... Is there a way to disable or limit this *cough* stalker *cough* urm "feature"?? ) ty in advance 4 the help
