You can now have the verification email resent via Forgot Password in game. Go to Options | Forgot Password, type in your email address and you will be sent your password if verified, and a verification email and a password email if unverified.

Try doing that.

You should email at support@spacetimestudios.com them if the problem persists.

I did also have this happen until I changed my email to my yahoo email I still never received it on my hotmail lmao.... Soon as I had changed to yahoo it came through no prob
