Loot reroll elixir does not initiate elixir run sometimes

They changed it so it wont initiate it, because it doesnt buff your characters stats in any way like xp-elixir didn't. So now your timed runs stay "pure" even if you have xp-elixir or loot reroll-elixir. They even mentioned this change in the patch notes.

If you're talking about the fact that when using a loot reroll elixer, the run is registered as running without elix... STS changed that a while back.

If you mean something else maybe clarify it better.

To make it more clear... Reroll doesn't work on all loots. .. so is there any random %age working behind it?

If you have 50% reroll for example you have a CHANCE that every second item rerolls into a better one.

It's as said here already. You'll get a chance to reroll.

Rerolling means that you'll get an item that is one rarity level up as compared to the drop you'd get without rerolling. Instead of a white item, you'd get a green, or green -> purple, purple -> pink.
