Guitar Hero

Anyone a pro in it and could give some tips, because I just got such a guitar and am kinda new to it ?

I can play any instrument with strings and I SUCK at that game. I kinda fixate on how it's different than playing so I get mad and go all Jimmy Hendrix and light it on fire.

Same here!
I play acoustics and electric guitar and thought that GH should be at least a little similar but it isn't at all!
I even suck on beginner.

Yeah I've seen that episode, it's one of my favourite beside the WoW one and where Justin Beiber gets killed.
I always said that playing real guitar takes more skill than GH.

I haven't played GH since the Metallica version came out, but I play expert on lead, bass, and keyboard on Rock Band. I am horrible at drums.

Expert mode right here, but I play lefty on Guitar hero. I remember when I first beat Through the Fire and Flames on GH3, I was pumped.

Nice! Mind give me tips how i could best start, because i have literally to start from bottom.
I have Band Hero right now with guitar, drums, micro and such, but i want to give the guitar a try.

Expert all lvls on guiltar hero 1, 2 ,3 , world tour, aero smith , and few others.

Tips do the practices over and over again , u can pick certain sections of songs to play . U gotta work on those hammer on pull offs , I use to play so much i could do some solos with out looking even tho they are hard. Its all about learning the patterns and having rythme. I also play real guitar funny this is years ago there was a game called guitar freaks in arcade mastered it , Then got a real guitar . Lucky I played that and music is in my blood. The game is awesome i will dust it off and play later for sure. I use to get 95-100percents on lots of lvls. Don't ever give up , or smash ur guitar .

Being a rockstar isnt about being good at the guitar. It's about arrogance and smashing up stages. To be good at guitar hero, just remember to smash the crap out of your bedroom (or wherever you play) after you finish a song, maybe put the guitar through a window....
