Is 100k really elite?

Think about it. If you logged on 5 minutes a day for you x3 combo you might be able to get the elite cap. You would get 2k here 3k there but in the 5 months bsm has been out you could get the elite cap plying maybe 10 minutes a day.

This begs the question, is 100k xp really elite? My opinion is to raise the elite lvl cap xp requirements. 150k maybe even 200k. This qualifies as elite. I mean with enable xp gain and thrashers, getting 100k xp not very elite. Can be done in one night.

Purpose of this thread? Make 80-81 elite. Not 100k personally I would like to see 200k.

I'm sure they might raise the exp required for the next expansion, probably about 150k at most.

Also judging by your opening post, I think you must have used thrasher to farm your way up. That is the main disadvantage of people that do not take their time to cap and simply rush for it. Plus many players that can't buy too much platinum are already struggling with the 100k exp bar as it is. So... I guess for now it stays.

Rofl ok, let's add another 100k and have everyone buy 2x the ammount of plat.

Think with your head man. People who buy plat will still reach it within 1-2 days.

Those who don't buy plat at all won't be able to reach their goal now that dungeons are that hard and almost everyone uses thrashers.

For me, 100k is very elite bcuz I don't buy plat, so I can't grind with thrashers and week long 2x... Think about how many people don't like to buy/spend plat on elixirs... To them 100k is elite! (Myself included). If u don't think 100k is elite, then just lvl pure - it will take u forever, which to me seems to be your definition of elite. Just make a vow to yourself to lvl pure, and 100k will be plenty elite.

For me 100k xp is already a lot since I only use daily blessings, daily elixers, and 1.5 xp gold bought elixers.....took me like 15 hours on double xp weekend to get 25k xp ._.

Not all of us are rich or old enough to get so much plat and cap, I myself included.

If you level a character from 1-75 & then try L76, yes, it is very elite.

Veterans do not experience the challenge new players go through in order to just reach end-game. Well, technically speaking they have, but it was a long time ago & it wasn't all at once.

The difference in the number of players that rush to the cap in the first few weeks and those that take there time and don't spend hundreds of plat is big. I'm sure it's safe to assume that the majority of players would not like to see a 200K xp elite cap.

Im already struggling from 74-75 14k XP, let alone 200k xp.

No, it shouldn't. Each cap, a generation of newcomers is brought forth. Do you really think they will stay if they have to grind so much XP & then an additional 200k XP just to remain competitive in the game?

I'm sorry, but that just makes no sense whatsoever. Yes, you bring up a valid point for those that already capped last cap and are simply updating their character to the next cap - the grind isn't very elite to them. That's the way it is for end-gamers.

Have you played WoW? (Not that I have, but my friend has and I know enough about it.) But every time there's a new cap increase, the people already at the previous cap reach the new cap relatively quickly. It's just the way things are.

Racking up xp every day isn't elite no matter how much the price tag is. Let's see something that's really and truly elite like the newest Star Legends campaign where you can't use stims. Just my 2 cents

Changing fundamentals just causes complaints, how about this as an alternative to your suggestion.
A new achievement title for those who grind without plat elixirs?
I'd do it just to have "like a baws" or something funny.
