We need kill 10 of then to complete the quest, but how its spawn work? It is a times spawn? Ex: each 5 min one boss apear . Or is a mob count spawn? Ex: kill 100 boss and the boss apear ? Or are ramdom?

Probably random. But for me it seems that ulfang spawns faster than ubermans.
It looks like ulfang spawns every 3 minutes and ubermans every 5 minutes or so
Ulfang spawns after 60 kills for me
Uberman spawns every 4 minutes for me
