Hooks aren't lvl31. BUT, because those are arcane they're holding their own against new legendary daggers. Still the best rogue weapons out there! Doesn't matter if the itemlvl is 26.

Hooks>Mountain Teeth>Incandescents

The reason I choose mountain teeth over in Incandescents is, that 18 damage for 9 dps is an upgrade that you should make everywhere.

The best is the Bonechill bow of potency. It's strong for bow users. Idk for mellee weapons
