Okay, I recently switch to my laptop for (Arcane Legends) gaming purposes.

I would like to know if there is an option which I can control my character using the mouse?

Yeah, this seem to work the best.

Or...use arrow keys to move, Q and E for pots, 1, 2, 3, 4 for skills and 5 for pet skills. This is what I do.
