Level 15 mage build?

Anyone know a good build for a level 15 mage?

My kite build. Does aight vs most. Bears are easy, Rhinos can be kited with counter-frostbites, always hot-flash combo other mages; the burst eventually will kill them, birds it's a matter of luck with the frostbite at 12m (outside their thorn root range). And no one uses foxes for pvp at 15 but me.
