If they don't respond to the customers emails I seriously doubt they'll want to answer phone calls from customers.

Wrong, both of us, I've asked and they're 2 separate people. Samhayne's name IS Alex irl but the devs always use their igns (or whatever it is), so if Samhayne answered tickets, he'd sign them as Samhayne, as do Gnosis and the othersYes
