Shadow Piercer: I used it only for quick run. For now I am an archer rouge lol. But if you're using dagger then you need this skill. For noxious bolt, it is helpful for range attack. But if you are on a party, try to use crowd control skills like trap and shadow veil because this will mostly help the party.

Nox Bolt is needed if you want to deal AoE DmG. I use Shadow Peircer for the health.

both aimed shot and nox are mandatory for all rogues. Just fill in other skills around them.
