If you can't trade when you're below level 5, how does your level<5 toon buy the level<5 items in the marketplace?

Travelers outpost Stash/Guildstash or you transfer gold via the stash.

This shouldn't be possible,
I can tell from PL that when you're below lv. 4 you can't trade, gift, stash items nor use the CS/AH.

It's actually another toon in same account > it costs 30 plats to make one> gold and stash are placed in stash > so after toon will make to traveler's by disabling xp so that he/she remains lvl 3 > he can get those gold and item for him hehe

No need to go all the way to Traveler's Outpost. Have both the toons in the same guild, and then you can do what you want via the stash in GH.
