Who are the good bears at 56?

Hi I'm new to 56 pvp, but came across a guy, who I think has alot of connections, as in friends, and I'm not sure if I should avoid this guy or not. The reason I made this thread is to find out if this guy would be listed as a good bear. I beat him quiet alot, but it seems hes not used to loosing to other players, and I really don't want to mess with someone who has alot of friends or friends who are willing to help him team anyone who hes says to team. I'm new to 56 pvp so I wouldn't have anyone to help me out if it happened.

So as you witnessed in pvp, who are some of the good bears there?

Dex bear vs dex bear IMO is just luck. It's actually a close relation to bear vs. bear in end game today, as a debuff will determine the match.
