lightening bolt and ice bolt for mage

so after playing 10 games of elite last night, i was wondering if you guys can tweak the percent of lightening bolt AoE abit
its at 25% chance of aoe and it only activated in 2 runs of elite
possibly 35% to 40% AoE chance

ice bolt, instead of 20% chance to freeze and slow down why not make it 25 to 30 % and the ice puddles would be great too if only they had a higher chance
