As Azrael mentioned above, in larger matches it seems that this ability will cause some issues with Combos. This is in addition to watering down the weapon and skill selection that seems so necessary to create diversity amongst the player-classes. The ability to remove all debuffs with a single heal seems overpowering (I'm assuming this only happens at level 5?). I'm positive this is an attempt to balance classes in PvP, but I think there are better ways to approach balancing.
The first option, and most far-fetched, would be to create a separate skill that removes debuffs (Cure).
Another option would be to increase the damage done by a single target spell and increase their armor debuff. If this doesn't balance the classes, then increase the mana cost as these skills move from 1-5. Both of these spells would create a stronger Enchantress with a higher rate of survivability for themselves and their team (in PvP), which seems to be the intention. This, also, solidifies the Enchantress as a viable support class character and would give Enchantresses still some ability to solo.

Either way, with all the levels, different team combinations, balancing is/must have been a really tough job! Still with 3 char types it could work.
What's got me excited with PvP, is the LACK of Potions that could mean LIMITED MANNA which will be very critical as will gaining the buff power-ups located in the maps. Should make things more tactical, hopefully in addition to the spec combos in the OP.
I LOVE THAT HEALS REMOVE DEBUFFS! It allows Enchantress's to actually shine, the feeling of keeping a party alive and all debuffs off make you feel awesome! Also, it makes teams have to be more organized and also makes healers jobs much more important

Play an Enchantress.
I'm a true mage: 174 Int, 23 Dex, 1 Str (16 M/s = My baby). Int-based mages get crushed. Watch them closely when not surrounded by 4 Archers. Marketing scheme maybe? Make the majority of the Enchantress population that wants to PvP to pay $0.99 for respec. Spacetime, you can't get away with this!
