Suggested already multiple times, would take too much work to deal with regarding designs. You got many kinds of vanities to deal with to specify yourself as you like tho I wouldn't mind such update.

STS has done a great job in making diverse vanities on rogues. The one thing they could do for all classes that would be fairly easy is make hair vanities with long hair and no hair for classes that don’t have them now.
Ahhh I don't think they will do this because it's too much work
I'd say better allow us to have an option to display our gender instead.
