Hi im not talking about pvp here. Rogue out of this meta since 61 cap. As a rog player since 2013 I can feel that rog is very useless in this game besides if u have OP gears/awakes. Rog weapons proc is very useless this 81 cap. Like this marianos bow proc 2x if your lucky 3x unlike to mages gun proc and warr sword proc they can melt boss hp and they're pretty useful in elite portals.

I want to buff bounty bow (faster charge) bcoz its pretty useful in running events, as you can see only "shadow storm shot" can hit more than 1 mobs in rog skills. While mages skills have all area damage.
