star beast amulet not, why?

As far I know, elemental set has a different proc from star beast.

Every elemental item has the DoT proc, which procs instantly, so amulet also works like that, unlike sb, which only the amulet and weapon have the proc and aren't a instantly one.

btw, the elemental amulets doesnt have any proc in the info, hope they talk about that
They should not have the proc in that case becasue the set 5/5 elemental its too op,

maybe the proc of the star beast amulet was not intended for that elemental set but just for the star beast set 6/6 needing it

So what are you complaining about exactly here? Fact that you don't know how to proc items or the fact that if you can't do it it should get buffed?

None of the elemental pieces have proc in the description. But it's obvious that elemental pieces are supposed to work differently from star beast.
If you want a buff for star beast amulet proc rate, I would agree tbh. It takes long to proc sometimes, but that has absolutely nothing to do with elemental amulets.

There is no guarantee you will get anything no matter how much plat you spend. Pay to win isn't exactly how this game works. More crappy casino with horrible odds then buy what you want.
