Store Purchase bug

So I've just encountered something really weird whilst trying to purchase the Deathguard aura from the store. Basically I was waiting in store for the last few seconds on the timer when aura is put in the store again and moment the timer reached zero it swapped the positions with heroic egg bundle which ended up in me basically buying the egg for 1,600 plat instead of getting the aura? I'll be sending support ticket to get plat refunded for it but then again can you look up if that actually suppose to take place? Or potentially move aura when its on sale at the very bottom of the store so that it doesnt move in between other stuff that's currently listed for plat purchase? 1600 plat kinda down the drain for it.

Same thing happened to me. Really disappointed with this release. Personally I purchased plat with the intention of purchasing this aura because I don’t have 400m to buy from people spam buying it. Now I can’t even purchase it with plat cuz all my plat was spent on this useless heroic pet chest.

I experienced the exact same issue, and I must say it’s quite disheartening. I was also anticipating the release of the Deathguard aura and had specifically allocated my platinum for that purchase. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected item shuffle at the final second, I ended up unintentionally acquiring the heroic egg bundle instead. It’s especially frustrating given how precisely timed these purchases need to be. Hopefully, this isn’t an intentional design to prompt accidental purchases and drive more platinum sales, as that would be deeply concerning. I sincerely hope the team investigates this and implements a solution to prevent similar incidents moving forward. A smoother and more reliable store experience would benefit everyone.

it's strange because this happen to me 1 year ago, a dev exctrac the aura from my acc and give me back the plat, they put then the aura away from these pets, and items in the store, but again they put all togeter?
sad for you guys,
now imagine if some ppl are going through this and they dont know about forum, or sts tickets, store need to be more organized, and well programed
