I bought a 50$ iTunes card today and put it on my iTunes account to purchase platinum. When I proceed to purchase platinum it asks for my apple is and then take me to a page that checks (none) for a payment option; out of those payment option theres credit cards. Then I hit done and it asks to confirm my purchase and a few seconds later says "insufficient remaining store credit". Then when I open pocket legends there is another message saying;
"an error has occurred attempting to preform an in app purchase. You have not been charged. If the problem persists, please contact support via email at
Support(at)spacetimestudios.com.
Error Desription: cannot connect to iTunes store."
I have sent an email for support but I have not received one. This is so very irritating and I hope I can get some answers.
Other notes: I have read asommers help, I signed out of iTunes restarted my phone deleted the app reinstalled it signed back in and tried again.. Guess what happened...-.-. I AM connected to wifi. And I do have money on my iTunes account.
