Certainly one of the catchiest song ever written but not "best song" by any means.
Best song ever written requires to transcend genres and appeal to humans as a whole. I would have to say something like "Imagine" by John Lennon would be up there, I am by no means a fan but this song has transcended all generations and seems to be playing all over the world, there is a Universal appeal there.
Now, what I think is the best song ever, by my standards, would have to be Fairies Wear Boots by Black Sabbath which probably never made any "best song ever" list. LOL
