Clarifying Arcane Hooks and Mythic Helms In the Next Expansion

...will not have a new Arcane Rogue weapon nor new Mythic Helms...

so from this it's safe to assume that the hooks and helms looted will still be l26?
if that's the case then it's not so bad b/c most people were assuming the l31s would replace our 26 helms.
