I know some people say they no longer give arcane achievement and banner for hammerjaw and glacian.
Is that true?
Or, does the person who got arcane egg from hatching locked crates get achievement and banner?
What if someone buys that egg from the seller?
Does person who hatches egg get the banner?
I'm kinda confused..
