ANNOUNCEMENT:

The guild recruits officers lvl 40+, good stats, active and nice player (with a STS account), no noob no cheat plz!

Information(s) for the members:
We only recruit lvl 20+ (lvl 20 included) but if you are already in the guild and under lvl 20 you can stay we won't remove you.

The reform:

1) The guild now recruit any players.
2) The promotion system and the rules will change (a little).

Grades and promotion system (in hierarchical order)

- Master
The master alone can convene meetings (except co-master and the chief officers after approval by the master or his/her replacing appointed by him, when on leave) and he or she has always the last word but he/she must take into account the advice of any members of the guild.

-Co-Master (grade in the game: officer)
CAN:
Ask a degradation/promotion of players.
Remove any members without the approval of the master (if the situation is urgent...).
MUST:
Perform the role of the master when he or she is not online.
Contribute to the life of the guild.*

-Chief Officers (rank in the guild: officer)
TO BE PROMOTED:
Have been an officer for about 1 month.
Have the maximum level you can have in the game.
Being connected very often.
Have an STS account.
CAN:
Ask a degradation of an officer to a chief recruiters/recruiter.
Ask a promotion of a chief recruiter/recruiter to an officer.
MUST:
Contribute to the life of the guild.*
Come to the meetings he or she was summoned.

-Officer
TO BE PROMOTED:
Having been a recruiter for about 2 weeks or after evaluation.
Have contributed to the life of the guild.*
Be at least at the level 30.
Being connected often.
Have good stuff (stats depends on character).
CAN:
Ask a promotion of a chief recruiter to a recruiter.
Ask a degradation of a chief recruiter to recruiter.
MUST:
Have an STS account.
Come to the meetings he or she was summoned.
Contribute to the life of the guild.*

-Chief recruiters (rank in the game: recruiter)
TO BE PROMOTED:
Fairly active recruiters and contribute fairly regularly in the life of the guild can be promoted or make a request for hiring managers.
Details: Those who do not want to be an officer but may be will have this rank. Recruiters who want to be officers will be first evaluated to see if they deserve to be, so they will have this rank.
CAN:
Ask a degradation of a recruiter.
MUST:
Contribute to the life of the guild.*
Note: the chief recruiters is like the officer but lacks a condition to be.

-Recruiter
TO BE PROMOTED:
Grade min. in the guild: recruiter.
MUST:
Recruit.

-All the members
Ability to speak English a min.
Read and Respect the rules.
Be at least lvl 20.

*Contribute to the life of the guild: Recruit, support members (wherever possible), lead by example, be active, participate in meetings.

**The name(s) of (the) character(s) belonging to the player will be reported next to their name (see main organizers).


All requests to be promoted to chief recruiter, officer or chief officer must be made to the master. But you must fulfill all the conditions required for the rank asked (see promotion system).

Each application degradation or promotion to the master must be justified.

If a chief recruiter or those who have a grade above can not connect for a while or if they can not come to the meetings to which they are called, he or she must notify the master or his/her replacing.

These rules may change at any time: so please take note as soon as possible.

Exceptions may be made only with the consent of the master.
