Suggestions
1) Rouges should be nerfed in PvP. Warriors may be able to survive a 3,4k crit, but mages and rouges can NOT.
Rouges shouldn't even be able to crit 2k.
It is only full mythic users MAY be able to survive, and after the amulet it's just x-x

2) Remove pet buffs in PvP. It would make the game a lot more fun. I know Glacian and Slag are meant to be used as buff for the whole team, but I'm all too mad about Ribbit ._. I've said this so many times, on multiple posts.
The pet should only be able to buff your status for maybe a few second, not stun a whole crowd to make them immoblie. Nor should they be able to buff rouges so much, they're invinceble even with crappy status.
Hence the second suggestion, cut the crit at 1-1,5k, it would make a game last longer.
3) Bring us separate leaderboards!
I'm sure you've heard this before, so in sorry for spamming it :s
Give the Twinkers their own leaderboard. It would stop the discussion and stuff.
Everyone below 30 should have their own leaderboard, and if they decide to come endgame, just keep them in that leaderboard, or their 40k kills will dominate us all. Half of the rouges on leaderboard (Ctf kills) are twinks
4) After each game I suggest you put a death rate in too.. So we can see both kills and deaths.
5) Make a 1v1 arena for the players who likes to challenge each other! Also I suggest removing pets from 1v1 arena.
6) Make an option to enter an only guild match, make it so you enter trough your guild hall, and can practice with a fellow guild mate.
If any of this has been mentioned before, I'm sorry for beinging it up again, I'd say I'd delete the post if it has been said, but I dont know how to delete a post (forum noob)
