Whole party locked out of arena mid match :/

Amid our epic struggle to kill bloodhammer -_- I have now been fully locked out of the arena along with the rest of my party... the first time we killed 3 bosses, go bloodhammer, and then when all died none of us could cross the barrier to enter arena! So we had to remake This just happened a second time, also with bloodhammer... Hopefully this is something that can be looked into and fixed.. thanks sts
